Refund policy
We thank you for purchasing from us! We hope that you absolutely adore your purchase from Darling Blue Boutique. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return.
Items NOT eligible for return:
-Items purchased at a 20% discount or more
-Items in a SALE CATEGORY
-Items that are FINAL SALE
Due to hygiene reasons, the following items are FINAL SALE: accessories, leggings, shoes, bodysuits, swimsuits.
Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted.

Starting A Return:
To start a return, please email shopdarlingblue@gmail.com with: order number, reason for return, and name that order was placed under.
In return package please include: Name, Order #, and reason for return. The item will be inspected upon arrival. Item must be unworn, undamaged, clean, and unused. If an item is returned and appears to be worn, damaged, a final sale item, or postmarked past the 14 day cut off from the original date of delivery, it will not be accepted.
Please allow us 3-7 business days to process returns.
Order Cancellations and Changes:
To ensure orders are correct, please make sure to double check addresses, sizes, and products at checkout. We are unable to cancel or change ANY order placed for ANY reason. If eligible, you are welcome to return your item once you receive it
Afterpay Orders:
If an order was placed through Afterpay and the item was returned you are still responsible for paying the remaining balance for the returned item through Afterpay. A store credit will still be issued.
